are the resturants as clean as we think they are ?

hey! About one year ago a entered in a restaurant because a as visiting a new city and i was very hungry ! the waiter's were very polite and fast but when they brought my food the plate was dirty and i couldn't help not to see some hair threads! i couldn't eat so i left and still payied for the food !

it happend to me to.but i havent payed for the food!!!why have you payed for the food you dident eat???that was not a good move from you.dont you ever do that again!!!
