What do you prefer Heavy Breakfast or Light Breakfast?

me i like heavy breakfast then i eat light on lunch n dinner, what about you guys?

I always have a light breakfast, I have a bowl of cereal every day and then a piece of fruit later before going to the gym, I can't stomach a big breakfast, it's too much and I hate fry ups, they are so greasy and unhealthy, I have a big dinner at night.
