falling hair - any natural solution?

do you have any remedy for this problem - falling hair. this is more acute in the middle east countries, perhaps because of the water. and it is really scary to lose hair, after being used to having thick hair. can you help with some natural remedy for this? any herbs, or any vitamins to prevent or lessen hairfall? any oil - though they don't seem to help- that you know of? if you have any tried remedy or cure, let us all know. it would be so useful. thanks.
