I try to think about something pleasant and funny, I walk and talk with my friend, I eat chocolate and I try not be alone.. And I drink my special tea that makes me calm.

I find solace by reading my religious books written by great scholars. It gives lot of peace of mind. I also meditate for 30 minutes. That gives me strength to re-start and re-charge the battery.

I try to find humor in just about everything in life and some people are so crazy that they are funny. Me (trying to sing, and I have a weird laugh), the tv, or something on the computer may make me laugh. Sometimes life itself gets so ridiculous you have to laugh. I also like to find the beauty in nature (sunsets, stars, birds, etc) and life and also like pretty nature photos. The Xmas light displays that some had on their houses were so beautiful. I seem to be into pretty lights, because I like stage lights, especially blue stage lights, when a musical grouip is preforming on tv. Madonna's televised concert was an awesome visual experience. Being on the computer relieves a lot of stress because it keeps your mind active. I am also heavily into music where I will just get lost in a nice song and like to dance to the songs, which is good exercise. I also practive imagey where I pretend I am somewhere peaceful and serene. Its seems to me that depression medication does not work too well, judging by comments from some depressed Mylot members. Some say they are still depressed, so I am not sure if this is always the best solution.

I lay in my bed and listen to some soft music. It always makes me feel better.
