Its got to be peter. He is hilarious. I think he is the best cartoon character ever invented. He has me in stitches everytime he speaks. I love the bit where they show him narrating his life. genious.

Probably Stewie. you have to love how ridiculous that character is, his flashbacks and his accent/vocabulary. I also like Brian too since he's so sarcastic and the only sane one on the show.

Adam West!
He's so funny. I love Adam West for being able to laugh at himself and just...the talent. His voice is so entertaining and he really puts so much into his pieces. And his jokes are so strange. He's nuts and naive.
Within the family... I have no idea who my favorite is. Sometimes Peter, sometimes Brian. Lois is a great character too, if only for how she puts up with Peter.
And the Greased Up Deaf Guy! And Seamus! 'Nar, me mother was a tee!'.
But overall it has to be Adam. Just for... the character concept, the animation, his plotlines and skits and just the voice acting.
