Does anyone know a good remedy for motion sickness? / myLot

I'm flying out on December 2/06 and I don't fly well but want to take this trip. Please help !!!!!!!!! :)

just don't eat to much before flight eat as less as possible and try to relax

Dramamine works well for all sorts of motion illnesses

I don't have sickness of motion, I saw some remedies at MithBusters but I don't remember... sorry
