why choose yoga for a good health ??

hi everybody,
i guess many of u might have heard about yoga .right??
well it is a very ancient form of practise which helps u in living a hale and healthy life. It was all first started and practised in ancient inida.
the main purpose of practising yoga is to have a healthy body .It concentrates on the blood flow and exercise of each oragns in the body, it helps in regulating our breath, it healos in balancing our hormones, it helps in reducing stress, controls cholestrol and BP, preventing heart diseases.
yoga can be practised from age of 3-4 yrs old.
there is no age limitation to practise yoga. well it is better to start at an early age, cuz it involves exercises which lead to making our body flexible. So oyoung ppl can adapt the exercises well than aged people.
well the breathing exercises can be practised by any1. the breatyhing exercises help in reducing stress, calms the mind, it cures many of the lung diseases.
yoga is a combination of breathing and physical exercises.
physical exercise is for the body and the breathing exercise is mainly for the mind.
breathing exercises and meditation goes hand in hand. If u meditate ur breath comes into a control and calms ur mind and body . or f u regualte ur breath in a systematic pattern, ur mind aumatically gets controlled.

I donot like Yoga, Yoga actually is a set of very lazy excercises. To stay fit, I would like to do jogging and weight lifting. After work out, i drink lots of water and juices to fulfill my body's water requirements.

oh plzz dont cal it lazy exerciese. motive behind doing it slowly is "not to cause any kind of stress to the heart". ordinary exercieses actually cause lot of stress and strain to the heart ,whereas yoga does not and it helps in blood flow to each and every part of the body, which is most ompotant. many disesas are caused due to less bllod flow.inafct do u know that many lung diseases are caused cause air does not reach each and every part of the lung.so when u do pranayama, air reaches all parts of the lung which helps in removing infections, germs etc.

I have just studied my yoga almost 1year. Before I chose this exercise I alert my health is decling. After I take the yoga as one of my sports. It take my the better breathing, as well as the phyical feeling better before.
Apart from those phyical issue that I can take the advange of, I do think yoga can give us peace of mind, so as to being relax to face the reality.
