Are those with big tummies are less disciplined people? I'm not heating an argument here but seems like it's true, from my observation. I'm not saying that I'm more disciplined if I don't have big tummy. My point is for those who have and not for those who doesn't have. Any observation like that?

I, personally has tummy not so proportionate with my body, yes I admit I don't do a lot of exercise and in a way makes me less disciplined when it comes to exercising. But not to all aspects of life. I can say I am more disciplined when it comes to studying or as a daughter.

ok, admitting that in a way you lack discipline but doesn't really mean your whole being is. Thanks!

I don't think that you can make that generalization. If someone is overweight, then most likely they are a bit undisciplined in their eating and exercise habits (if they don't have a medical condition causing the weight gain). But that does not mean that they are undisciplined in all aspects of their lives. This is a misconception; there is actually a lot of discrimination in the world directed towards obese people. If you eat too much at McDonald's and live on junk food, but you are not prone to gaining weight, you are just as undisciplined as the fat person- it's just not as visible.

Good point there! yeah, don't generalize. but what I mean is just the tummy, not proportionate with their body (excluding the medical condition). Thanks for that! just to clarify, I don't discriminate ah!

I am a computer programmer so most of the time, I'm sitting. That I think makes my tummy bigger. I think I just need a discipline to exercise regularly.
