what is the ideal age for a women to become pregnant?

I agree with you.I think ideally something like 24 should be ok.I honestly think that the no of new child should be reduced in countries like India.Instead people should change their mentality and go towards adoption as there are many homeless children wating for a good family.Thus i will like to suggest that every couple should have one child of their own and one adopted.
