This debut on the country music scene by Jason Michael Carroll has gotten the attention of the nation with his new hit single "Allyssa Lies". It tells the story of a little girl who dies from injuries sustained from child abuse. This song sends a strong message about a fatality and of people just sitting by doing nothing while a child suffers. Do you think songs like this will be a wake up call for humanity?

I love this song too. It gets to your heart. I think that it might help people out, maybe even parents who are abusing their children. It is a very sad song. Hopefully this song will help people think about the way that they treat their children.
