Dreams and their interpretation are other interesting phenomena associated with sleeping. Throughout history, seers have tried to use them as a guide to the future. Today, psychologists are apt to see them as the acting out of the anxieties and fantasies we cannot express during our waking hours. But do you think your dreams have anything significant to tell you? and do you try to interpret your dreams?

I nearly have dreams everynight. Sometimes they were good and sometimes were bad. It just like watching TV. I like most of them.

dreams are doorways to are past present and future by dreaming you are trying to figure out stuff that either happened or is going on or may be going to happen I have been through dream therapy 3 different times because I had a very bad childhood and some really bad things in the present,I would stop breathing for a while so the doctor was concerned why and so they monitored me they coild tell when the dream was bad I would fight and kick dreams aer amazing and if you can ever remember a dream right it down and then go through what you can remember of live and see if it fits in.

I'm not superstitious at all. I learned that dreams happen when people and under stress. Dreams are outlets to release pent-up feelings.
