Is the brain similar to a radio transmitter/receiver?

Should one be capable of fully understanding their own conditioning and why it is they think what they are at any given moment and thus trace the origin of all thought, could they be capable of clearing their mind in such a way that enables them to accept the one universal mind(God), therefore enabling them to synchronize all that occurs within the mind with that which is occuring all around them?Have you done this? Are you capable of it all the time? Would you like to know how, or do you? Do you think you know something of this you would like to share with the ihabitants of this world(your selves)?
