Do i need to verify my paypal account in order to recieve myLot income?

I need help from Indians who have been already paid by myLot...Did u verify ur account with credit card? and one more question is that in order to buy items from ebay do i need to verify my account. PS: I dont have a credit card , so i need help.

I think paypal does not need verification to receive payments but to spend them or transfer them you have to verify it and I have no idea about their verification
