i think it is possible to chat using paypal. for that you should add something under a topic and just do the tcommeds. 0n refreshing you will get the message. hense we do the chatting.

I think they have a PM or email system on here...so you could always send a quick note to someone you might want to chat with to see if they have yahoo, msn, or whatever chat program you use. The problem is, if you are chatting with someone, you aren't posting to make money.
