I need a dot com website but with a web host that supports asp, asp.net, and sql. I also want one that I can pay with paypal instead of credit card.

Right now I use webspacedepot.net which allows you to pay via PayPal.

www.ucvhost.com is good. You will get all support of ASP, ASP.NET and SQL there. There live support is also good. And charges are very cheap. Its only 1 USD per month for 1000 MB web space.
They accept payments by PAYPAL. Just reuest this to the support.
