That depends on a lot of things like your current health, any known medical conditions, medications you take, etc.
Personally, I prefer a lower carb way of eating and exercise. Both of those things will help you lose weight and feel better.
And if you're at risk for Diabetes, they'll help that, too!
In general, I eat fewer than 40 grams of carbs a day. I walk a mile or more twice a day and ride my exercise bike.
I eat a lot of low carb vegetables, a little fruit, lean meat and lower carb bread that's high in fiber.
I don't know what's right for you but you might want to see a physician to get a good physical and some weight loss suggestions.
