I agree totally with you. Our bodies need to have good nurishment to be able to function. Once we have eaten for the night and go to bed most people sleep 7 to 8 hours after that we get up and usually hour before you really get to the point to eat..so now you are about 10 to over 12 hours since you have eaten. Think about it during our wakeing hours we nurshish our bodies and then at night we are sleeping. I know we are not active but the brain and organs need some to get going in the morning....
