what is the best, you care your own child or the nanny?

for me both, but it's nice if you care your own child
so that the feeling of the kids for you are better. because
i observe now lot, of kids are they must respect their nany than
their own parent's. it's not bad to have a nany but as parent's
we know our part to our kids right? what you think? is it bad right?

for me, it's better caring for our own children, it deepen the link between us and children and moreover we;ll be lot closer. I've seen few children becoming so close with their nanny that they're more comfortable with them compared to their own mother, and this is obviously no good. this happen because some parents left most of child matter to the nanny while they go for work etc. as I admit working and all is very important, the children need care and attention from the parents. and this is why I believe taking care our own children is for the better.

yup, i agree...because as a parent's its hurt too accept the truth
if you witnessed that the feelings of your children are too diff. than their
nanny. and also the kids they need also an attention,care,love and guide of their parents am i right? thank's for responding:) God bless...

I have always cared for my own Children and that is how I prefered it when I used to be at work a friend took care for the half a Day that I was working but after that they where mine and I would do it again I loved watching my Children grow up and they are great People now

it's good to heard about that ma'am, and it's nice although you are busy at your work but you have a time to spend your child. and you are totally right that parent's are the first who decipline thier bad attitude so the time's come they can't blame you coz you them on how to reapect their self and other people. taking care of your small child should be by the mother so that the child will be nourish of the true love of the mother and care, maybe you can ask for the help of someone to take care of the household chores but as to building the mind and heart as well as the health of the child, noone is best better than the mother..

I prefer taking care of my kids. I'd rather keep a maid to help me with the household chores. I don't think there's a right and wrong way. Some people get frustrated with kids (even though they love the kids). But daily trying to take care of them can be frustrating. For those people, keeping a nanny would do them and the kids a lot of good. It's a personal choice that everyone has to make based on their financial and emotional condition.

Take care your own children is the best chioce but in this times it is dificult, both parents working, not much time to take care of childrens, but in the future when they grow up and the promlems starts you will know why it was important to take care of them.

Umh.... both. I was grow up with my mom love and my nanny love ^^ I have 2 mother. my nanny is my father cousain. She already take care of me since I was 7 month in my mother body ^^.
Balancing is the most importand ^^

The best person who will care for a child is his/her own parent. When our son was only 4 months old I job a job, eventually after a few months I decided to quit, because I wanted to be the one to take care of our baby, money can still be earned after a few years but time will never get back even if you want it to. Nannies are around because of one reason MONEY, they just take care of the child because they need money. I'm only working part-time and needs to get out of the house not more than 3 times a week, only then will I give my son to a nanny. As I am always saying, I did not choose to have a son only to pay for a nanny but to watch him grown up.
