How can we help end poverty?

Once we are out of Afghanastan and Iraq, start by spending the money for programs that will help the homeless. There is talk about expanding the border patrols, give the qualified homeless this duty. As far as food for the homeless, there are too many canadian geese that don't even migrate any more in the midwest. Start to reduce this geese population and give the food to the homeless shelters. Also, a lot of the national parks are in need of repairs, so hire other qualified homless, or train the homeless to take care of our national parks. These are not new ideas, they are mearly ideas that were used to help the country when we had the great depression in the late 1920's. By hiring the homeless, we are then giving them something that they can feel good about, earn a wage, and better themselves. As far as the one's that are working, but only making minimum wage, is to increase the minimum wage to match the rate of inflation, and then they can start to better themselves. What we also need to do is get a national health care system going to make sure that everyone has a chance to get the medical attention that they need. We are supposed to be a world superpower, but with the situation of the people either in poverty or the homeless, we have no right to be a superpower.

well first we have to awake people to do hardwork... then we have to improve our system to help to set-up the own business or a job to poors... atleast one job to every 4 members family

I am associated with a non-profit established by a Christian Lady in rural area where most of peoples are christian and hindu and collect fund and donate fund and use fund giving small credit to poorest women, widow and many other way help them to eliviate poverty. You can start if you wish and have some fund to start such a non-profit but you must have oath that you will not use fund for your own benefit.
