SO much happened this year but for me it was definately the birth of my daughter. A planned homebirth she actually beat the midwife by about 15 minutes and it became an "unassisted" childbirth, though my mother was there, my husband and my two sisters so I was hardly alone. And of course, my midwife delivered via speakerphone! Defiantely the most memorable moment of 2006!! What about you?

For me the year of 2006 was a sucesfull one i have fulfilled almost all the wishes i had and it happened to me only good things. I hope that this next year, 2007 will bring me at least the good things which i have in this year. For me everything went smoothly this year and i hope to better things next year. This year i learnt so many things it is one of the most important periods of my life. Some moments that i will never forget this year are the exams when i had so many emotions. Good luck!

I would have to say mine was going to Gatlinburg on vacation, we had such a great time there, and my three year old rode her very first carasol, and she fell in love with it and didn't want to leave, lol.

That is SO sweet. Kids love those merry-go-rounds don't they? That sounds like it was a fun vacation.

I think that you and I think a lot alike on things ... My favorite memory of 2006 was the birth of my son. He came one year and 9 days after the birth of our second daughter. He was a shock and I spent a lot of 2006 worrying about how this new addition would be to our family. The moment I saw him and held him for the first time I knew how blessed our family was to have this new beautiful member. He was the happiest, easiest baby of all our children and we are blessed to have him in our family.

We are fortunate the Lord knows what HE is doing, even when WE don't, eh? Often the surprises He plans for us are better than the blessings we would have wished on ourselves. :-) How old is your son?
