what is your favourite face cream?

I am a sucker for new products that claim to rid you of 'fine lines' etc. I used to spend a fortune on Clarins products but have finally stopped. I now buy a cheap and natural face cream on ebay that is just as good. What face cream do you use and do they work as the companies say they do?? We all want to stay looking young or are we just being conned!!
