Will any one be able to break the records put up by Sachin Tendulkar???????

I am pretty sure about every oter record other than the test hundred cos there is a lot of close competition

As ODI's are played more and more the record of maximum centuries will be broken but the maximum run record will take some beating.the best bet will be Ponting i think

some of the records of tendulkar like the 40 centuries in one day international matches are unlikely to be broken by any cricketer as the standards and the way of playing cricket is changing just like it is unlikely that anyone will break the near hundred average of Bradman playing more than 30 tests.

3 years back I would have said that "no one can even think of touching Tendulkars records forget surpassing them." But today unfortunately I will have to say that Ricky Ponting will, within 3 years, easily surpass most of the records set by Tendulkar. We can blame only Tendulkar for kicking the supreme advantage he had.

no doubt sachin is a great player but he ha so many records cuz of the number of years he has played... i think ponting will definetly break the record for number of test centuries in some time cuz in evry other match he scores a century...

Records dont mean anything. its the no of wins that matter and Sachin is a big time Choker in big matches

Yes, Sachin Tendulkar has made alot of records. There are some players like ponting and Lara in the chase. In future there will be some records of Sachin may be broken. We cant regret that records are made to be broken.

Ricky Ponting of Australia is a sure bet to beat Sachin's record of highest number of centuries in Test cricket. heis only two or three centuries behind. Sachin has not been among the runs lately.

yes,,,,, his centuries in test will soon be broken by non other then the aussi skipper RICKY PONTING. HE IS ON TOP OF HIS FORM IN RECENT GAMES,and his centuries hav reached very close to that of sachin,s. ponting has 32 under his bellt,,,in just some 105 matches...and sachin has some 35 in around 125 matches so far.....ponting is scoring tons very often these dayz where as sachin is going down in his carrer,,he is not the same old sachin anymore...he is not playing a big innigs these dayz....so he will be pushed behind....
