things you cannot change ...then why talk about it...?

well when the things going in the world is so negative and you have no power to change it...then why do we even talk about it..i mean we all talk about how terrible things are and some of us let it make us physically ill thinking about the horrors and the effect of it on us ...shoudnt we redirect our energy and time thinking positive ...which does not mean that we should allow the negative to persist...bt wat in trying to say that things can be solved by positive ways also...jus wondring could it happen..?
