Is there survival in Australia

Is there an article on this or proof where we can read? Better yet will talk to my friend over there and post your post in her IM and ask her to respond. You from Aussie land so you know this for fact? Could you please direct me to a website so I can read this as well?

It's always difficult to government to decide what to do with the people who doesn't "fit" in society. Usually they pay people a 'social minimum'. How people spent that money is in up to them. That is the practice in many countries. I believe that in the scandavian countries it is more difficult for people to be lazy and do nothing but to live out their bad habits.
