What is the relationship Between the birth of Jesus Chris and Santa claus?

I wonder why Santa Claus is the most mentioned name but not Jeses Chris during the Christmas. As is know Christmas is a holiday used to celebrate the rebirth of Jesus.

I don't think there is a relationship at all just a little man someone has made up in the past to add to the joy of Christmas.
