how to loose weight?

what do you think the best way is to loose weight?

The simplest method of loosing weight is walking or running every day.One must walk atleast for one to two hours in the morning or run for same time.By this caleroys are burned and weight is reduced.Also one must perform some exercise every day.Atlease half a hour of exercise is must.Increase the proportion of green leafy wegitables in your diet.Also reduce diet with high calories.In the morning after the exercise take a glass of worm water and add half lemon juice and one spoon of honey and drink it daily.It certainly helps to reduce weight.I hope tis will help.Best of luck for weight reducing program?

well simpley do some crunches daily it helps u do alot better in decreasing ur weight i doin it in a day abt 5 to 10 mins and i haved burned arround gud weight

I think that the best way to loose weight is to do much phisycal excercise. Last summer I loose 4kg in a month! I like to swim, go on cycle, do much walk, run, playing beach volley, playing on the beach..ecc

the best way to lose weight is by proper diet and exercise. i always watch what i eat but i give myself a break once a week to satisfy my cravings for sweet but i always made sure that i dont eat too much. i undulge myself once a week. proper diet must be accompanied by exercise so that losing weight would be more effective. it also tones up your body.
