Oma’s last Christmas 17 December 2004, 7.30 PM By Rio Solomon Years ago, when I child was Grandma always presented me gifts Whether it was sparklers or new clothes But it always made me surprise Last Christmas was our last season Oma was sick in her old age She was not able to make any motion And that Christmas was the most difficult We sat around her on 4th of January And she left us in peace of the day Though we were sad but it was her way I believe she remains in the house of the Almighty One year pass No grandma at Christmas I wish the joyful comes Such joyful when Oma was I wish for the best Christmas New hope arises as the sun shines Warm heart and make it delights And Oma forever stays in our hearts
