Why do you prefer not to use a digital camera? cost, quality?

I don't have a digital cam yet. A few years ago I had wanted a new camera but not a digital...I didn't like the quality. But now it seems that as technology is getting better so are the pictures. I have barrowed one and really liked it. When I do get one of my own I want it to be a nice one...not a cheap, junky one. I admit, it is a lot easier to just put the pictures onto the computer and then email or print them out etc. I takes me a while to get rolls developed.

What is cheap? disposables? I believe over time the digital camera would be cheaper. No film, no development costs.
