desktop call bell with number

What is this for? Are you the creator or have you downloaded the software from any other site? There are many Yahoo Widgets of the like description which can be downloaded from Yahoo.com. There is this Alfaclock which I downloaded from download.com. It resides in your status bar and you can set alarms of different sound including that of a rooster. The time will be announced by a human voice.
