Do you use a devotional/bppk when you pray and have your quiet time daily

Do you follow any book or devotional when you read the bible and pray. Or do you go at random. I use something called the Doctors Life Support abd its very useful as it applies a lot to my life. There's apparently a sequelae to it too. I;m unfortunately not regular and miss out a lot. Any other devotional you would suggest?
