Denison piston pump serial # 90L10-0387

Model # scratched off.Pump operating pressure is currently at 800 PSI.In service for 5 years.If pressure is raised to 1000 PSI,pump makes a steady whinning noise.relief valve is 200 PSI higher then pump setting.Fluid is mineral based HYd fluid w/ suction strainer and return filtration.Does this pump need tuned or something else done to it?
