experience also gives u knwoledges, while knowledges will never ever give u experience too

experience is more important. there are some people who can be knowledgeable in a certain job theoretically but they cannot really be applied on the actual job itself. experience is a better teacher for learning the real knowledge to perform better in any job you're into.

i think both of them matters for job but first u should have knowledge about your work and after wards experience will come automatically.
