How do you say "I love you"?

It happens to everybody... you fall in love, you like a person and you find hard to tell them how you feel. Sometimes you can even get hurt from trying... You try with flowers, candy?, A nice dinner in town at a fancy restaurant or even go clubbing and have fun... or a romantic date at the sunset with a glass of champagne or wine... everything could be perfect... but how can it get even better? I really don't have a clue... can anyone Help?!
