Whats going to be your attitude when entering 2007?

"Mad for it" or "Can't be arsed" Mine has to be "Mad for it" as I want to have an optimistic view on life!!!

Wow! Fancy this one turning up 8 months later! I am not one for big New Year celebrations. Is there a point? After all it is another day. What difference does a new year make? I don't mind at all that people like to celebrate, but personally I see no point. Every day is the beginning of a new day. Every day presents new opportunities. Every day presents new challenges. I want to live each day as it comes and use the opportunities that come with it. I DO plan for the future. I do set goals and measure my progress toward them, but this is done every day, and I concentrate on my prioritised list for that day. What is my attitude for 2007? To take each day as it comes and use it to the best of my ability.

I know, after 8 months I got a reply, better late than never:) I think your perspective on life is the best way and taking each day as it comes will bring opportunities as I feel we focus more on what is happening in our lifes than always just looking to the future. I got my degree results last week and got a 2.1, which I am over the moon about, so 2007 has been good to me so far and I hope I can set my sights now on becoming a teacher. Thanks for responding.

Congratulations on the results! Maybe there is hope that my recent discussions will rise from their burial place?

For me, back at the time 2006 turned into 2007, it was just another day for me. Yup - another day older & deeper in debt. However, with it being almost right after Christmas, & people taking vacations, I did end up working extra paid hours, & that helped give me a nice boost on my paycheck.

Ah, the loved debt, I'm with you on that one. I think I will have to wait till 2010 before the debt has gone and then the celebrations will start!! Cheers!
