Cake! Lots and lots of cake! and sweets like leche flan and ube!!! Oh I love Noche Buenas because of the food!!! We also have the typical ham, and we also had stuffed turkey that was cooked by my sister and I helped her out. And pasta too! Different kinds! But what I really remember among all the food we had that night were the sweets! I have a sweet tooth.

even we are here in the U.S. celebrating Christmas Noche Buena is still having the favorite pinoy foods we love... adobo , pancit , ginataang shrimp , mixed with some mexican style taco as appetizer... & most specially having a hot tsokolate with bread after the midnite mass as to ease the feeling of cold wind from outside. just goodness that we don't have snow yet & we can enjoy travelling!
