Why we have to LOVE to feel pain?

Why we have to Love to feel the pain? Why we have feel happiness when ur with your someone and cry when he/she broke your heart, why we have to feel all this, when we give everything in the name of love, when for them,your love is not enough? Why Love hurts? Or its we, who hurts ourselves.
