What is the best food for German Shepherd

Well, in the United States, most people give their dogs food especially made for dogs. They have it in bags and in cans. If you are going to do something homemade though I would give the dog a lot of meat. Dogs need meat. Some dogs can't handle eggs either, but you could try it because eggs have a lot of great nutrients. I don't see why giving the dog rice would really be a problem (There is rice in dog food in the US) but you don't want the dog to get filled up on it because like I said, the dog needs meat.
