i bought an apartment in a building done in 1965 it was already redecorate and all the systems (hidraulic, electric and gas) were according to the law, i was luck and in 5 years the value grow up of 100%!!!

You are right. Any investment in real estate always multiplies 3 to 4 fold. Thanks for informative response.

Don't you feel you should go for independent house, where you have rights for 2000 ft down below!

hmm... i don't have a house till know, i live with my parents, and my parents still rents the house. maybe the difficult things is when we design the rooms of house.

I have a feeling that if you feed you mind that some thing is difficult, it becomes very difficult. You tell yourself, nothing is difficult. Every step then becomes a step of confidence.
