Do you think what happened in Terminator is possible to happen in real life in future?

Yes, I think there's the complete possibility that this could happen sometime in the near future. I think that we're doing so much research and development in technology that sooner or later it is going to take over. I think the idea that we are trying to develop an artificial intelligence that will be able to run certain things without our supervision could backfire.
If we don't properly protect ourselves from a potential backfire of technology, we could be looking at the possible ending to humanity. I think there has to be restrictions put on what the artificial intelligence that is being developed can be used for. In no way should it be applied to anything that has to do with the military or the economy, or you can basically wave goodbye to seeing us live much longer. The Terminator movies, although completely fictional, offer some pretty good thoughts on what could happen to us if we let ourselves get too out of hand when it comes to developing computers and all that.
The scenes in T3 where the missiles are being fired all over the planet is something that could happen if the governments of the world allow some sort of artificial intelligence to supervise daily ongoings in the world. What if a mistake was made during the programming? Look at what almost happened when we got to the year 2000 for god's sake. The Y2K bug threatened to literally shut down the entire planet and throw us back into the dark ages. It was all over the place too. It threatened to shut down everything from your home computer all the way to the computers used on all the major stock exchanges and even military installations. It was found out later that by just changing a few little things, the Y2K bug would work itself out. Nonetheless, with something like the development of artificial intelligence, perhaps mankind should be very careful that we don't get too comfortable with it if we ever apply it to certain things.
So, in conclusion, I think there's a good chance something like what happened in Terminator could happen in real life. I think unless we do something to safeguard ourselves against it, we could end up in a huge mess.

I think so long as humanity allows it to then yes it can happen. If we become complacent and allow machines to do more and more for us then we will have to expect them to take over at some point. So long as we are in control then we wouldn't have to worry. However even now there are times when people bow to the machine. I know I've had people tell me when there is a problem with a bill for example that the computer states this and it cannot be wrong. Of course it could be wrong because a human put something in wrong however they will argue that if the computer says you owe this amount you must owe it. So yes I could see humanity allowing computers or machines to take over very easily. Hopefully though we'll realize before hand and not let it happen.

It think it's entirely possible, we are already training robots to be personal care assistants for disabled people in Japan, can robot nannies be so far behind? That's the first step. We need to be careful hoe balance these things so we get the effects without the bad effects.

I think it's possible to happen in future: when the internet as complex as the cranial nerves of human, it will think like a brain.

I enjoyed all three Terminator movies. From the scientific point of view and according to what we know today, time travel is not possible. Computers and robots may be very advanced, but humans will always pull out the plug when they, want. But in the world nothing can be impossible. When the concept for the train was first discussed, one limitation that the scientists told was that when it travels over 60 miles per hour, the air inside will be pushed out and the people inside will suffocate.
