few months bak,a survey revealed that mumbai is the rudest city of the world.people in mumbai are very busy and they don't have enuf time 2 luk after their kids.you won't find them gossiping wid frnds on streets too often.but does that necessarily mean that mumbai is the rudest city???

i dont understand how the survey make that judgement, i also never visit mumbai, i thin a country can be called rude if the people if ignored their neighbourhood, dont care bout each others. dont care bout maintaining public services, dont want to help each others
