Serious Question!

I heard yesterday that a good online friend of mine that I have known for a year and a half died in her sleep the other night. She left behind her husband and 2 children. She was only 22. They said her heart just stopped. Does anyone know why this sometimes happens? I am still in shock and disbelief.

her heart stopped in her sleep? could be due to circulation problem. in our country, they will think this is because of "bangungot", or a bad dream caused by sleeping with your stomach full. and it really happens.

That is so sad for someone so young. I guess she could have had a damaged heart or maybe a blood clot I think can also happen, I guess there can many reasons but it can happen to anyone at any time I guess. May she rest in peace.

Thanks. I believe she is in a better place, but it just shocked me and hurt at the same time. I didn't think about it being a bad heart or blood clot. Thanks for the info

This can be from the stress and problems thathe haves. He's hart can't suport it anymore. Rest in peace!
