420 is a common word used when someone sees a person cheating. it's called as char sau bees in hindi. It's a common word used by people living in Mumbai(Bombay)

420 is several things 1- remember its just a number so anything can really be attached to it. 420 pages, 420 gumdrops 2- most commonly in the USofA it is a time and date where pot smokers everywhere celebrate by smoking pot. 3- Yes it is Hilter's birthday. 4 - it is a number describing a ype of crime, tax information, fraud, adultery, etc.
