TV watching by children

Today'children watch TV continuously and spend most time in front of TV.They catch up the actions of the Hero and knowingly or unknowingly get obssessed with the characters.This mostly causes a block in the child'mind.Though they are warned thatit is fictious yet there are increasing fantacy among children which makes them more destructive than productive.The logos,T.shirts,and the accessories add to thier actions.The parents say they are not able to curb this habit.Can we discuss on this issue so that parents with young kids may benefit and thus should pave way for healthy future.

what u said is one angle. the major problem is correlating the real world and the fictional world that they see on TV. nothing that is shown happens in the real world. this causes them frustration. i am afraid of this with my kid.

is not safe and educational at all. children doesn't know yet what's good for them too many parent's have decided that tv must be the bay-sitter and so they don't teach enough their kids with the growing up problems with the newest generations
