I once signed on to some penpal program (years ago) and my email got totally spammed.... so after that I'm really careful!

I haven't been scam at all I haven't check out no other money making sites yet. Don't have the time.

Wow..how old this thread is..I am glad someone brought if forth..I am happy Marcia that you never have been scammed..I have experienced scams a gazillion times;)+

I have been scammed twice in my life both had to do with relationships as I fell for a scam on a dating site and then my exgirlfriend scammed me as well. I do trust dating websites very little now, especially when it comes to meeting someone from another country on a dating site.

Sorry to hear that online dating and online relationships have been your experience of scams..Hope someone online can change your sour feelings for the online encounters.It's hard though, to know who you can trust:)+
