How to build self confidence for teenagers ?

i tried many things but i want advises from teenagers like me who tried stuff to build their self esteem and Worked wit them....

I think it is easiest if you give them tasking that they can accomplish then reward them and keep expectations high

BE your self others get insecure by the way they dress or how they look.we are humens, all of us have defect(What i mean is that we are not perfectly handsome/beautiful).Find that weak spot,learn to improve it.always be optistic.

is that you on the picture? i thin you must have the self confident.. why? coz your beautiful unlike me, im ugly and you know what it is really hard for me to get job because of my ugly face.!and i hate my self, i cant do anything to help my prnts.!
