if you had to choose just one thing what would it be,what makes you a happy person,is family, friends, work, where you live, religion? its got to be something so important that if everything else were taken away you'd still be happy.

for me, theres alot of ingredients in life that will lead you to happiness but not all of them is fastly handed, you can't get what you want at the same time. CONTENTMENT should be visible so that you'll enjoy the things you have one at a time. Family and friends are always there. They give you joy, work gives your days power and with that you know more in life and more friends. Religion, gives you energy by having good and stable faith in god.

It is your attitude which makes you a happy person because if you will not have the right attitude then even if you are given best family, best friends, best work , best place to live and best religion of the world, I tell you nothing will work.So it is the positiveness of approach which makes a person happy.

I think self-respect is the key to happiness. If you're happy with yourself, you really don't need anything else. Thanks for the interesting post!
