We should have a 3 day weekend

Continuing with my earlier question about work, i think there is one step we can take - reduce office going to monday,tuesday,wednesday & thursday only. so that means 3 clear days for other things in life - friends, family, travel, fun, anything. this may reduce or slow development, but then what is more important - development or happiness? anyways, the idea is to be a happier people, not the most developed people. what do u think?
