I have been looking into depression statistics, and suffering from depression myself it is shocking to see that so many people in the world live with depression. To the others with depression how do you handle it? Because somtimes I find it very very hard. And to the people living with people with depression how do you handle it because I think that we can be a pain in the neck sumtimes

Depression is a really big problem and only getting worse. When I look around or watch the news or read the paper I can see why. There is so much to be depressed about. I understand though. I have problems with depression too. How do I deal? I lean on my husband a lot, or I go spend time with my horses. When I start feeling down, I also try to look around and find someone who is worse off than me in one way or another, and tell myself that at least I'm not in their situation. I also tend to try to figure out what I would do to get out of a situation like theirs. It usually makes me feel better. Good Luck! and I'm still keeping you in my prayers.

I agree it is becoming a bigger problem. I think it is because this world has become so depersonalized that is hard to connect.
