Fates of Tsunami after two years

I still see that people who were affected by tsunami that hit the south asia two years ago still are living in the temporary shelters provided two years back and still waiting for their permanent shelters as promised by the government! I don't know where is the money which came pouring from various countries across the world went (even though India declined those stating that it would sustain without foreign aid) and the fate of the people affected by tsunami is terrible. Only NGOs like red cross, etc have done the job credibly and should be appreciated.
