why we eat three times a day / myLot

of course we can survive even 4 days without eating but the hunger will disturb us now and then and interfere with our activities, worse how can we work comfortably by just eating once

ofcourse you can survive eating once a day but you'd be very hungry. why do we eat 3 times a day? because it's in our system, that's what we are.

yes u can but i wont seggest it yesterday on discovery the showed a Japanese scientist who is 77 & still invents stuff & has invented products more than Thomas Edison twice of him
